Pacy Lin has another amazing year set out for her! In the Year of the Rat,  there are supposed to be many changes to happen. Pacy doesn’t want any changes, because she likes things the way they are! The Year of the Dog made her life perfect.  But changes actually happen. Pacy must deal with the fact that her best friend Melody has moved away, struggle to continue dreaming of becoming an author and illustrator, and face some of the things she isn’t so good at. But <> is an awesome book everyone should read.
