Track and Field

So track and field is a sport (wow, so surprising) at our school.

I mean, I generally hate sports so…

But I signed up for this since a lot of my friends signed up and plus, it’s a no-cut sport, so I don’t have to get humiliated in the tryouts (doesn’t mean I won’t be humiliated in the real thing though).

And it’s actually not too bad compared, to, say, VOLLEYBALL OR BASKETBALL. I hate them (though not as much as football, obviously).

And softball, wrestling, soccer.

Basically, the point is, I hate all sports (sorry to athletic people out there, my deepest apologies) except for tennis (which I’m actually not terrible at (doesn’t mean I’m good)), ping pong (because it’s similar to tennis and it’s fun too), badminton (not like I’ve ever played badminton but just because the same reason as table tennis) and cross country and track and field (because those can actually be fun).

I’m probably going to do hurdles and long jump, maybe triple jump, we’ll see how that goes when I get to it in school.

This was a completely unnecessary post about random stuff. So…
